Our “Transformation Journey” literally sent twelve northern European IT-experts on a journey of change.
During an exchange with a very diverse group of people who have gone through extremely live changing experiences, a personal and professional self-reflection process started for the participants. The new insights were then applied to the company itself.
The exciting combination of human resources and CSR was perceived as innovative enough end up near the top of this years HR Excellence Award. No question, we are very happy about this!
It was exciting to see the participants strolling through Brussels with, for example, one of the refugees, who mastered the balkan route, and see them chatting about extreme changes or the perfect recipe. One time we came across a Belgian gentleman, who lost his vision mid life. At another point a man, who decided to continue living as a transgender woman was able to bring an entirely new perspective about change to the table.
Our computer specialists learned lessons from real stories. Which sort of behaviour is important to stem massive change. AXA Tech’s own change process all of a sudden seemed realizable.
The result: A completely new mindset towards change. A new kind of confidence about developing oneself and the company further.
